If a product arrives defective or breaks without your intervention within the warranty, please fill out this form. Please send us one or more photos to , if necessary also of the damaged packaging.

A complaint about a defective product on arrival must be made within 3 days so that we can check whether we can claim it against the shipping company, if necessary.
